Drafting and reviewing various legal documents (contracts, internal regulations, opinions, claims, etc.) to ensure client rights

Consulting on all aspects of transactions related to acquisitions and mergers

Legal support in resolving various client corporate and operational issues

Representation of client interests in state and municipal institutions

Constant updating of knowledge about changes in legislation

Participation in various other projects as needed

Higher education in law

Work experience as a lawyer in a business environment

Very good knowledge of commercial law

High standards of professional ethics and integrity

Understanding of customer service and well-developed communication skills

Very good knowledge of Latvian and English (oral, written), knowledge of Russian is desirable
